At the end of 2012 in the republic the regional navigation and information system (RSMPT) appeared. Before service of weight control of Bashkortostan there was a problem of equipment of own vehicle fleet a monitoring system. Technical requirements requirements of the Order of Ministry of Transport No. 285 are imitated.

The management of the enterprise stopped the choice on a monitoring system SCOUT.
