Rosvodokanal Group takes expenses on fuel and lubricants and transport under control

Rosvodokanal Group equipped with monitoring systems GPS and GLONASS more than 60% of own transport park as a part of which about 1200 units, including special equipment, were reported by the press service on July 19, 2013.

Efficiency

Installation of the systems of satellite navigation and the special software allows to perform in real time daily monitoring of transport, to keep strict account and control of a consumption of fuels and lubricants, to optimize routes of the movement along city streets and to enhance discipline of drivers.

Implementation allowed to reduce fuel consumption on average by 15% on Group and to increase efficiency of work of repair crews.

"We aim to use the equipment with maximum efficiency, and end-to-end systems of satellite navigation help to solve this problem. Installation of GLONASS systems and GPS on transport of water utilities will be continued. New technologies not only increase profitability of the equipment due to the choice of optimal routes, but also promote increase in safety of both drivers, and citizens", - Stanislav Hramenkov, the senior vice president of Rosvodokanal Group noted.
