Cerber SW Pack

Cerber SW Pack is a software agent for remote control settings of the antiskimmingovy Cerber device. Cerber SW Pack keeps track of operability of the device, sending the status per host in case of fault or suspension of work. Implementation of the agent reduces temporary and finance costs on support and management of antiskimmingovy protection.

2017: Unified register of domestic software

The LAN ATMservice company (enters into LANIT group), registered in April, 2017 a number of own developments for ATMs in the Unified register of the Russian computer programs and databases. Now M3 ATM Monitoring System, LanATM-I and Cerber SW Pack as other products of the company, are recommended for purchase to state customers.

2013: Announcement of the solution

The LAN ATMservice company announced an exit of software of Cerber SW Pack on July 24, 2013. With the advent of this software product banks will be able to control far off operability of antiskimmingovy protection and quickly to obtain information on installation of unauthorized skimmingovy devices. In addition organizations have an opportunity of remote control and configuring of the systems of protection, up to updating of a microcode of the device - it significantly increases efficiency of use of antiskimmingovy protection and many times reduces ownership cost.

The Cerber device is intended for active counteraction to unauthorized data reading of a magnetic band of bank cards at their use in ATMs and payment terminals – for active protection against a skimming. The device creates the directed electromagnetic interferences in a card reader zone which block operation of skimmingovy devices, without stopping operation of the ATM or terminal. Features of an algorithm of formation of a protective field do Cerber by a leader among the similar systems, providing the most reliable protection against a digital and analog skimming and also the known options of a stereo-skimminga.

The software solution Cerber SW Pack developed LAN ATMservice with assistance of ANSER PRO company is intended for remote control by the Cerber device and can be used with all types of ATMs and terminals running Windows OS. Cerber SW Pack controls a status of a complex of antiskimmingovy protection and informing a processing center and monitoring system of bank provides online. The employee of the bank remotely receiving data on Cerber work can timely react to the possible attack or failure of the device now. Cerber SW Pack can be used with any hostovy solution obtaining information on events in ATMs and payment terminals under the NDC or DDC protocols. If the bank uses the system of remote file exchange (for example, M3 Operation or similar), then it is possible to consider or configure remotely configuration settings, to consider log files, to synchronize date and time, to execute reset of errors and even far off to load updates of a microcode of Cerber.
