Vit Deposit completes creation of an information system

1C-Rarus completed automation of the company of Vit Deposit creation of a product-based information system "1C-Rarus: Depositary, edition 2" and "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for 1C: Accounting 8", the press service of integrator reported on August 6, 2013.

Project basis

The effective tool was necessary for company management for the organization of the securities management and depository activity. Requirements are imposed to an automated system:

• conducting transactions with securities: purchase/sale, marginal transactions, exchange of bills of exchange, release of own bill of exchange, transfer/return of property, input of a remaining balance;
• opportunity for work with the large volume of data;
• satisfaction to requirements of the legislation.

Project Progress

The 1C-Rarus company assisted in the choice of suitable software products. Specialists carried out automation of the company of Vit Deposit using industry solutions "1C-Rarus: Depositary, edition 2" and "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1 for 1C: Accounting 8".

Project Results

The created information system helped the company of Vit Deposit to perform effectively transactions with securities, to conduct calculations of the depository commissions. All activity is conducted according to requirements of the legislation, updating of programs is regularly carried out. Data acquisition time thanks to automatic loading of results of biddings of quotations from the files reported by the exchanges was reduced.
