ANO Prikladnoye Obrazovaniye SNG uses CRM

Specialists of Ayton LLC company (ITone) completed the project on automation of ANO Prikladnoye Obrazovaniye SNG using the software solution 1C:CRM, the press service of integrator reported on August 19, 2013.

Project Background

The ANO Prikladnoye Obrazovaniye SNG organization addressed to ITone company for project implementation of automation using the software solution 1C:CRM. Before implementation of the 1C:CRM software product, account in the organization was kept in a set of tables of Excel, there was no uniform base in which employees could obtain customer information quickly.

Project Progress

Staff of ITone company implemented the project of automation in several stages:

• 1 stage: software installation of CRM and acquaintance with the program;
• 2 stage: data transfer from files of Excel in the program;
• 3 stage: completions in the program, according to specialization of the organization (and wishes of its management);
• 4 stage: development of mobile application for IPad, IPhone and Android which will allow to get data access from mobile devices.

Project Results

In the project progress are automated:

• Calls accounting of clients by sources;
  • Functions of customer interaction;
  • Accounting of attendance of input lessons;
  • Accounting of payments and execution of cash receipt orders;
  • Record in groups of training and control of attendance.
