The First BIT company project office Savelovsky completed the project of automation of personnel records and payroll in JSC United Card Service system implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP", the press service of integrator reported on August 21, 2013.

Project Background

Earlier for the purposes of payroll at the enterprise the program of firm was used Omega «Abacus». Personnel records at the enterprise were not automated as this program is for this purpose not intended. Besides, this product is not intended to provide sufficient correctness and efficiency for reporting on insurance premiums and the PIT.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of an information system which will integrate personnel records and payroll in uniform information base, will quickly create data on salary and the personnel, will prepare the regulated reporting.

Project Progress

For creation of such system selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product. The First BIT company project office Savelovsky became the partner in an implementation project.

Implementation is carried out in three months. Specialists of the contractor made installation of a system, configured it according to specific requirements of the customer. Performed data transfer of personnel records and payroll from the previous programs and spreadsheets. During this time frame input of 1C: Payroll and HR Management in operation is performed. A system was unrolled in 11 workplaces.

Alexander Mordvinov, the head of department of budgeting and the reporting of KOKK Ltd, noted: "Payroll calculation in the company is conducted on a centralized basis now. Transfer of the PIT and submission of reports according to the PIT is made separately on each separate division. The HR department had an opportunity to automate the main objectives of personnel office-work with an opportunity automatically to create and print necessary documents of personnel office-work and operational reports on personnel structure. At workers of accounting need to duplicate input of personnel and personal data of employees in the separate program disappeared. If earlier reporting in RPF and the Social Insurance Fund took several days, then the reporting in 1 quarter 2013 under insurance premiums is created in several minutes".
