• Management of JSC Laboratory of Software Solutions agreed with owners of the company about redemption of stocks. The company management develops the new strategy for three years assuming an output to the market of new innovation products in a segment of B2B and B2G. Strategy will be implemented after closing of the transaction. The transaction should be completely closed till June 01, 2018.
• IT solutions for automation of a housing-and-municipal complex from Laboratory of Software Solutions company are included in the Unified register of the Russian programs: ACS of housing and public utilities (registration number 4274), ACS of housing and public utilities Billing (registration number 4275), ACS of housing and public utilities Overhaul (registration number 4276) and ACS FEAST (registration number 4277).

2017

The developer of hi-tech IT solutions Laboratory of Software Solutions company and the developer of database management systems Postgres Professional signed the agreement on strategic cooperation. Within the agreement "Laboratory of Software Solutions" is going to offer clients own IT solutions, using the software of Postgres Professional – DBMS Postgres Pro.
