The 1C-Rarus company integrator carried out upgrade of corporate IT-sistemy TMS group by software implementation "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone, edition 2", the press service of the company reported on August 28, 2013.
Project Background
The management of customer company set the object - 99% of the requests arriving from clients should be executed qualitatively and in time. Customers should have an opportunity to quickly obtain information on the state of affairs on each request. Terms of development of business processes of execution of standard requisitions should be significantly reduced, and the cost of this development - is reduced.
It was required to accelerate and standardize registration of the arriving requests, job sharing according to these requests between contractors. It will entail a possibility of more effective resource allocation of the enterprise, reduction of production costs, will increase speed and will improve quality of execution of works.
For the solution of the mentioned tasks the company management made the decision on upgrade of a corporate information system. As the partner in implementation invited 1C-Rarus company.
Project Progress
During the project software products "1C-Rarus are used: Process management 8", allowing to accept addresses from any systems, including in the web interface and to use the simplified method of adjusting of business processes, and "1C-Rarus: The PROF softphone, edition 2", 1C: Enterprise intended for integration with telephony, SMS service and the fax.
The main works on automatic distribution of requests and formation of plans of their accomplishment taking into account maximum permissible terms and resources, available the companies, were made in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.
Project Results
- 170 types of requests are unified,
- their loss at acceptance and processing is excluded
- the system of the sound notification allows to react to the arriving requests timely.
- the requests which came by fax are processed and entered to uniform base 10 times faster, than earlier.
- the requests which arrived from clients by phone are stored in information base together with conversation recording.
- job cost on distribution of requests is reduced.
- a system automatically distributes requests and creates work plans on their accomplishment for every day taking into account urgency, distance to the well, the volume of oil production and other parameters.
- terms of development of business processes of accomplishment of standard requisitions are reduced.
- speed of response to critical situations is increased.
- the quality of works with requests of clients is increased.
- drawing up routes of transport is optimized.
Renal Gabsalyamov, the head of Command center production of UK TMS Group LLC, noted: "The automated system covered all collection cycle and processings of the request - the request is registered, then gets to dispatching office where there is its further distribution by masters. During all process of works there is an informing the customer on request running state. In total in a month a system processes more than 67 thousand problems which are solved within 20 thousand arriving requests. A system allows TMS group holding to render service of the highest reliability what we also aimed at, beginning the project".
