Specialists of The First BIT integrator completed the project of optimization of activity of KAZAN restaurant implementation of software BIT. APPETITE, the press service of the company reported on August 26, 2013.

Specialists of the Dubai division of The First BIT company acted as contractors of the project. They performed implementing solution of "BITS.APPETIT", integrated it with the accounting system of "FirstBIT ERP". Users were trained to work with the program.

Project Results

Order processing is automatic: the waiter uses "a mobile notepad" for a design and adjustment of the order. Data on the desirable menu are instantly displayed on the cook's monitor located in kitchen. By means of this mechanism high service rate of visitors is reached.
