IR Tala carried out automation using the software product "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities"

The Tala investment company carried out automation using the software product "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities". A system reflects all types of financial transactions in stock and curb markets – both the company, and her clients. The solution allows to keep account of the issued and obtained credits and loans, their repayments and also charges of percent on these transactions. More than fifteen additional reports for operation analysis with securities help company management to manage business effectively.

The Tala investment company was formed in 2005. The company is engaged in broker and dealer activity, is a professional participant of security market, provides full range of services and complete solutions in the Russian and western stock markets.

Due to the daily processing of a big information stream and also need of implementation of complex accounting of securities the management of IK Tala made the decision on acquisition of a product "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities". For implementation of the program specialists 1C-Rarus were invited.

The program allows to conduct the following types of accounting:

• Different types of financial instruments: stocks, bonds, bills of exchange, deposits, ADR;
• Transactions with securities: purchase, sale including a repo with stocks and bonds, marginal transactions, exchange of bills of exchange, release of own bill of exchange, transfer/return of property, input of a remaining balance;
• Corporate actions;
• The issued and obtained credits and loans;
• The regulated transactions.

"1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" allows to configure individual account policy, both for IK Tala, and for clients.

The possibility of loading of securities implemented in the program from NSD and also quotations and transactions from standard files of MICEX of RTS and other marketplaces allows to reduce labor costs of staff of the company considerably.

Operational data processing, fifteen types of additional reports, accounting of exchange and off-exchange transactions, ample opportunities of individual preference are these and other program capabilities "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities" became effective assistants in work of IK Tala.
