The government of the Orenburg region trains employees to work in EDMS

On February 3, 2014 the company InterTrust announced use by employees Governments of the Orenburg region of technologies of training in work of century EDMS CompanyMedia.

Project Tasks

In executive authorities of the Orenburg region the system of a corporate electronic training allowing users to receive necessary skills of work in CompanyMedia electronic document management system is implemented.

Use of the new systems can cause difficulties in the employees not familiar with features of modern software applications. For simplification of interaction of users with software and EDMS, in particular, the Government of the Orenburg region implemented the system of a remote training.

Project Progress

The implementation project of a remote training included not only software installation, but also setup of appearance of a system according to design of the portal of the customer. The standard program of a training of CompanyMedia "Deloproizvodstvo" was revised taking into account features of processes of office-work in the Government of the Orenburg region.

EDMS CompanyMedia it is set in the Government of the Orenburg region in 2011. For February 3, 2014 more than 1500 employees of the Government and 42 administrations of municipal entities of area use a system. During the project data exchange between an automated system of Citizens appeal of Management of the President of the Russian Federation and CompanyMedia the module "Citizens' appeals" is organized.

"The training allows staff of bodies of executive power to use most effectively possibilities of EDMS for acceleration of interaction between divisions and quality improvements of the services rendered to the population", – Igor Zasinets, the director of the department of information technologies of the Orenburg region noted.
