The ETLA platform is a basis of the majority of developments of Atlas Soft company. Represents the tool for creation of information systems of any level of complexity.

The platform includes a stable and fast information core with a big set of expansions and the configured business logic and also the universal graphic client module allowing to create both classical desktops-applications, and modern web applications.

2017: Etla 6.0

In June, 2017 the Atlas Soft company announced release of new versions of electronic document management systems and business process managements of Etla 6.0 and electronic archive Etla 6.0.

These versions of systems contain a set of innovations and improvements, the most noticeable of them are:

  • Support DBMS PostgreSQL and Oracle. For the purpose of ensuring fast request processing from data bulks and also accomplishment of reliable scalability, the Etla system had an opportunity for work with PostgreSQL and Oracle DBMS. PostgreSQL not simply relational, but object and relational DBMS. It gives some advantages over other SQL databases open source, such as MySQL, MariaDB and Firebird. Fundamental characteristic of an object relational database is a support of the user objects and their behavior, including data types, functions, transactions, domains and indexes. Among other things, he is able to create, store and take difficult data structures. One of the main characteristics of Oracle DBMS is functioning of a system on the majority of platforms. Including on big computers, UNIX- servers, personal computers, etc. Other important characteristic is support of Oracle of all possible options of architecture, including symmetric multiple processor systems, clusters, systems with mass parallelism, etc. The importance of these characteristics for the large-scale organizations where the set of computers of different models and producers is operated is obvious. One of distinctive features of the server of Oracle — a possibility of storage and processing of different data types both built in, and newly created. This functionality is integrated into DBMS core. It ensures functioning with text documents, including different types of search, including context, work with graphic images, with audio and a video information.
  • Creation of reports using the Stimulsoft report generator. Quite much attention, respectively is paid to creation of reports and requirements to them strongly increased. Obtaining tabular data and filling of a template became insufficiently. More powerful tool allowing the system administrator is required not only to use the different data obtained from a system and to fill with them the specified places of the report through the words reserved in a system, but also there have to be more flexible mechanisms of report generation. This task was solved using providing formation of selection to the system administrator of an opportunity in the built-in scripting language. This built-in language contains a broad spectrum of methods which allow to perform selection of the database, structure formation of data for loading in a report form and comparison of the unloaded these and report forms.
  • New types of fields of a card of the document are tables and calculated fields. A possibility of the description of rules of check of the introduced values. Possibility of joint opening of the connected documents. The functionality of fields of a card of documents is expanded. Now as the parameter of the document it is possible to use as sets of the values presented in the form of tables and the calculated fields containing the values received according to the set algorithm. Also now the system administrator has an opportunity to set rules of verification of the data entered by the user in card fields.
  • Document retrieval: The feature for use of operators of search is added ("And", "Or", Denial). For more flexible search of the document both in its attributes, and in its contents rules of use of different operators of search were introduced.
  • Editor of cards: The mechanism of configuration management of a card is added. Now the system administrator had an opportunity to group different sets of types of cards of documents for more effective management of the main characteristics of attributes of documents.
  • E-mail client: The simplified sending documents with the EDS and verification of the entering EDSs, integration with fields of cards of documents and also support of a request of delivery receipts and reading of letters. The mechanism of sending documents with the EDS is used at exchange of documents through MEDO.
  • Recognition module: It is transferred to Tesseract of version 4.00. This version of the module of recognition includes a subsystem of neural networks of text recognition. With introduction of the algorithms which are based on the principles of neural networks recognition speed increased and also the quality of text recognition significantly improved.
  • Web integration server: It is separated into 2 HTTP HTTPS servers (i) supporting REST interaction (XML or JSON). Now systems allow to be integrated with other systems using the REST protocol interaction (XML or JSON).
  • Optimization of opening of a card and search of the document and also algorithms of record of routes in a system. Upload of the documents given cards is optimized, now data are loaded as required. At the expense of it process of opening of a card with a large number of data is considerably accelerated.
  • Updating of the user interface.

2016

Oracle and PostgreSQL supported Etla

On August 22, 2016 the company Atlas Soft announced support DBMS Oracle and PostgreSQL in future versions of the Etla 5.7 platform.

Now at deployment of an information system users will have a choice opportunity for benefit of the solution which is most suitable for them.

As the developer company stated, during testing of performance of the systems of Etla during the work with specified DBMS, showed the best performance DBMS PostgreSQL, outstripped DBMS Oracle and Firebird on all carried-out tests.

The Etla systems will still save an opportunity for work with DBMS Firebird as simplest DB management system in terms of operation.

DBMS Firebird Updating which will help to replace the database on Oracle or PostgreSQL without application of technically difficult procedures will be available to the clients operating the Etla systems on the platform within technical maintenance.

The release of version 5.7 is planned for the last decade of February, 2016.

The universal module of integration about SIEI

On March 28, 2016 the Atlas Soft company announced creation of the universal module of integration of the Etla platform about SIEI.

The module will allow all authorities using an electronic document management system or electronic archive "Atlas Soft" to exchange data, and to other users to obtain data from different state information systems.

After creation of the module of interaction about SIEI, interaction subsystems with the state information systems are created:

  • Unified identification and authentication system - the unified information system in the Russian Federation providing authorized access of participants of information exchange (citizens applicants and officials of executive authorities) to information which is contained in the state and other information systems;
  • GIS GMP is the state information system about the state and municipal payments;
  • IAS of MKGU is an information and analytical system of monitoring of quality of public services.

The automated workplace (AW) on registration of applicants in a unified identification and authentication system  (Unified identification and authentication system) entered an interaction subsystem with Unified identification and authentication system service.

The new automated workplace of the Etla system allows to perform as initial registration of applicants in the Unified identification and authentication system system, and to perform operations on confirmation of the personality and recovery of accounts of a Unified identification and authentication system.

The interaction subsystem with GIS GMP service is intended for requests in the state information system for the state and municipal payments. GIS GMP represents the centralized system providing acceptance, accounting and information transfer about payments, charges and the statuses of handshake with which interaction is made through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. GIS GMP allows physical persons and legal entities quickly and on a centralized basis to obtain information on the obligations to the budget system of the Russian Federation on the principle of "single window".

The subsystem of automation of interaction with services of IAS of MKGU is intended for the organization of regular sending a contact information of applicants and also their estimates in IAS of MKGU. The information and analytical system of monitoring of quality of public services represents the state information system which main objective is collection of information about citizens' appeals in public authorities and also collecting of the marks which are put down by citizens for efficiency evaluation of activity of territorial authorities of federal executive authorities taking into account quality of providing public services by them. The subsystem allows not only are necessary to organize regular sending all data, but also contains a full range of all service tools on work with IAS of MKGU, including interaction with service of obtaining short names of public services.
