VNIIRT implements a complex of information support of product lifecycle

Project Tasks

The decision on implementation was made on the basis of the careful analysis of results of semi-annual trial operation of key program systems of T-FLEX. Successful process automation of work with design structure of products became the solved task, indicative for the enterprise.

Mokretsov Maxim, the chief of design department of JSC All-Russian Research Institute of Radio Engineering, noted: "The feature of this project consisted that the group of implementation achieved an ambitious goal – to prepare and start a full stroke of management of structure of a product and approval of design documentation".

Project Progress

The first project phase is complete in July, 2013.

On February 17, 2014 the company announced Top Systems project completion implementations of a uniform complex of information support of product lifecycle of T-FLEX PLM for the benefit of VNIIRT.

Project Results

For February 17, 2014 all main range of products is kept by means PDM- systems T-FLEX DOCs. The tree of structure of a product contains the comprehensive information about the applied materials, purchased and standard products, non-ferrous and precious metals. It provided relevance of information and repeatedly reduced time of an execution of the corresponding sheets and specifications. Forces of consultants of the company carry out cycles of training and necessary consulting services are rendered to specialists of the enterprise. Based on already performed works in design divisions are implemented and techniques parametrical 3D - modeling of the developed products are actively used, and technologists of the enterprise felt all advantages of work in the common information space (CIS). EIP provided convenient access to design-technology and the normative reference documentation.

Project Plans

The project is going to be developed further. In the short term - implementation and mastering of the module of operational scheduling of production. The module is put into trial operation, training of key experts of planned and dispatching service and production is provided. Implementation of the module OKP will allow to close a chain of the major processes of the enterprise logically.
