The administration of Kursk region equips offices with the system of corporate communications

On October 28, 2013 the Softline company announced implementation in test operation of a system of the joint communications on the Microsoft Lync Server 2010 platform for authorities of Kursk region.

Project Tasks

The leadership of Kursk region had a need for an output of communications of employees to new level, simplification of processes of interaction. Made the decision on implementation of a multifunction system of the joint communications as a part of which all modern methods of interaction: instant messaging and files, telephone calls and also audio-and video conferences.

The Softline company became the partner in the project.

Project Progress

As the system of communications selected the product Microsoft Lync Server 2010. Within the project specialists of Softline:

• developed the solution architecture corresponding to certain tasks and specifics of infrastructure of the customer;
• performed works on preparation of a directory service Active Directory, setup of the necessary equipment, installation Microsoft Windows Server;
• created the instruction for support and administration; created the user guide.
