Implementation of the ERP system of RS-Balance in Polar transport company starts (Yamal)

ERP system of RS-Balance 3 for transport logistics

The R-Style Softlab Research company announced in October, 2013 the beginning of the project with Polar LLC company – one of the most prosperous businesses on Yamal in the field of rail transportation. The enterprise functions in Labytnangi and has divisions in five localities: Sosnogorsk, Inta, Vorkuta, Bovanenkovo, Payuta.

Because turnovers of the company and volume of the processed information grow in high gear, at the beginning of the current year it was accepted the management of Polar LLC the decision on need of automation of business. Main goal of automation: simplification of data processing and receiving up-to-date information about the state of affairs in the company. Enterprise management system implementation which will allow the company to organize a common information space can only be the tool in the solution of this task. In April, 2013 business analysts of R-Style Softlab Research made inspection of business processes of the company which allowed to create the further work plan on system implementation of RS-Balance 3 ERP.

Within the project it is going to automate the following processes:

• Receipt of goods on the way;
• Acceptance of cars with fuel go any other loads for safe custody;
• Giving and cleaning of railway cars;
• Sending loads of clients;
• The reporting allowing to obtain more detailed information on costs arrived, etc.

At the moment specialists of R-Style Softlab Research perform necessary completions and tunings in a system by enterprise management of RS-Balance 3 ERP. Within an implementation project integration with an automated system of the centralized preparation and execution of transportation documents ETRAN and an accounting system of the Customer will be made.

The project startup is going to be performed until the end of 2013.
