On May 16, 2016 the SAP SE company and the Russian network "Rive Gauche" announced project completion on implementation of the platform for e-commerce of SAP Hybris Commerce Suite
The retail chain stores of RIVE GAUCHE began to work with the SAP solution Hybris Commerce Suite in 2014. In 2015 the volume of competences and resources for full use of such opportunities of SAP Hybris as possibilities of support of omnichannel and targeted interaction with buyers and the technical architecture allowing to make changes and also to scale e-commerce a system was created. Since November, 2014 the company noted significant growth in sales in an online segment. The online directory of RIVE GAUCHE includes more than 20 thousand goods items that is one of the highest rates in a segment of Internet trade in perfumery and cosmetic goods. The RIVE GAUCHE company in 2015 more than twice increased the volume of online sales in comparison with 2014 - growth was 249.4%.

On November 14, 2013 the hybris company announced: Rive Gauche selected solutions of hybris for start of new omnichannel strategy.
Project Tasks
The Rive Gauche company began to develop actively online and business 3 years ago, having taken the corporate solution developed at the local level in St. Petersburg as a basis. Owing to the active growth of online sales in the last two years, the company had new requirements to an existing solution. One of the most significant requirements was the possibility of operational start of different types marketing and promotion actions on all sales channels of the company, including online store and mobile applications. Therefore the company needed the solution minimizing operating rooms and IT costs capable to cope with additional loadings.
Project Progress
The company made the decision on investments into the industrial platform for omnichannel trade, capable to support the new strategy of business. Non-standard technical capabilities of hybris and also flexibility of the solution convinced the company - to use the latest means of the integrated communication with the consumers.
It turned out that the solutions hybris are entered in the development strategy of Rive Gauche for the next several years. The single integrated platform including all channels creates convenient conditions of purchase, at the same time provides fast entry into the market, reducing total cost and providing fast return of investments for the company. Besides, the universality of the hybris platform will help Rive Gauche to activate promo-activity and to influence key indicators of efficiency of online business due to personalisation of tools, additional options on cross-sellings.

Start of the platform is planned for April, 2014.
