Rosdorservice selected the contractor for development of the system of monitoring

On November 21, 2013 it became known of results of the open electronic auction held by "The center of monitoring of safe operation of highways of Federal Road Agency" (Federal State Institution "Rosdormonitoring") on development of the system of operational monitoring of a transport and operational status of public highways of federal importance (SOM TESAD) for needs of the Situational center of Rosavtodor.

Project Tasks

According to official data, on participation in the tender 5 requests arrived: "USP Compulink", Croc, "IBS Examination", Technoserv and Lanit.

Project Progress

On set of characteristics, in structure:

• contract price;
• quality of works, services and/or qualification of the participant of tender;
• delivery dates of goods, execution of works, rendering services;
• term of provision of a guarantee for quality)

the best offer - "IBS of Examination".

For execution of works according to the government contract the winner requested 313 million rubles at the initial cost of 363.4 million rubles.

Project Results

The request Lanita was rejected on mismatch to the requirements set in the tender documentation and the requirement of Part 3 of Article 25 of the federal law of 7/21/2005 N 94-FZ "About placing orders for the supply of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs". In the protocol of consideration of requests an explanation is given: Lanit was not provided in full by "The charter of the bidder".
