IBM Rational ClearQuest is the software for application lifecycle management (ALMApplication Lifecycle Management)^[1].

The solution provides flexible control of defects and changes, the configured processes, creation of reports in real time and monitoring of lifecycle for bigger transparency and controllability with lifecycle of software development. The product provides scalable mnogoplatformny support for the organization of any size, allowing to continue to use the available configured processes in process of growth of requirements of the organization. Rational ClearQuest supports operating systems IBM AIX HP-UX Linux, Sun Solaris and Microsoft Windows.
