Integration with service for school teachers "An interactive workbook of Skysmart"

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization of State Corporation Rostec, reported on November 9, 2020 that they together with Skyeng company and Prosveshcheniye Publishing house (enters into the Group of the same name) provided joint functionality which allows to create homeworks for pupils in an interactive workbook of Skysmart directly from the solution "Electronic School". Tasks are developed on the basis of training materials of Prosveshcheniye Publishing house, completely correspond to the school program and approach all textbooks from the federal list.

It is possible to generate homework all in a couple of minutes – to click the button enough from Skysmart which will transfer the user to a circuit of an interactive workbook. After generation the teacher will have a link which he can send to the pupils in "The electronic diary".

At the same time answers are checked automatically, and results can be seen in a personal account of the teacher of Skysmart with grouping on pupils and classes. Thus, the teacher has an opportunity not only to quickly estimate performance of work, but also to detail progress of an individual pupil.

Besides, the pupil can perform the received task also on the smartphone, and in the most interactive notebook there are a lot of practical lessons how to draw comics, to have blogs in TikTok, to play the guitar and many other things.

Development of the module "Educational Show-window"

BARS GROUP announced on September 17, 2020 development of the module "Educational Show-window" on the basis of the solution "to BARS. Electronic school" which will eliminate need of independent search of additional resources for training and will give the chance to the region to configure contents. Development will be added in the form of a label on the System desktop.

The module gives an opportunity of fast transition to external applications – to educational services and resources. The system administrator will have an opportunity to add, delete information on the provided services, commercial services and paid electronic educational resources depending on the partnership agreements signed at the level of the subject.

Adding of the module "Educational Show-window" is a natural round of development of our solution "BARS. Education. We responded to need of users directly from a System to pass to educational services and electronic resources. In particular considering our experience in a part of integration with such representatives of the educational industry as Yaklass and Skyeng. Besides, it was important to be made in the conditions of application of remote technologies at schools. Adding of functionality for distance learning

On April 22, 2020 BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, announced expansion of functionality of the solution "to BARS. Electronic school" in connection with transition of schools to distance learning. The added tools facilitate work as to school students, teachers, parents and representatives of regulatory authorities. For April, 2020 systems based on Electronic school use 5.4 million people.

Within updating of functionality integration "BARS was carried out. Electronic school" from one of the leading platforms ⎼ the Yaklass digital educational resource (DER). It allows to plan lessons by means of digital resources, to automate check of school works, to transfer data on the estimates received during the occupations house and examinations to electronic diaries, to prepare the general reporting on progress for supervising departments.

Release schedule of the module "Certification of the Pedagogical Worker"

On July 5, 2019 BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, reported about planning to release of the module "Certification of the Pedagogical Worker" which is a part of the Electronic School software product of a complex of solutions "BARS. Education. The main advantage of the module is an opportunity to carry out the comprehensive analysis of professional activity of the pedagogical worker for the purpose of establishment of qualification category, relying on information on the approved indicators and criteria collected in the teacher's portfolio.

The updated rules of certification which for June, 2019 undergo approbation became premises for its creation. According to the minister of education of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva the task consists in creating such model of certification which will become this incentive for pedagogical workers, will allow to undergo without collecting of a portfolio and mass of other documents the procedure of certification in a workplace and without additional obstacles.

On April 25, 2019 BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, announced release of the add-on module – the unified information system of management of an organized power supply.

The module is created within the software product "by BARS. Education – Electronic school", consisting of the integrated modules and allowing to create uniform base of the state educational organizations in the region. For April, 2019 systems based on a product are used for increase in quality control and ensuring openness of educational process in 19 regions of the country. Total number of users is more than 5.3 million people.

Start of the add-on module will allow to integrate activity of all participants of this process in a common information space: governing bodies of education, the educational organizations, organizers of a power supply and credit institutions and also will provide for parents convenient tools for the choice of the menu and different payment methods for a power supply, including using mobile solutions.

Among problems which are solved by the module: transparency of operations on payment and daily orders for a power supply, an opportunity to quickly trace and control all necessary parameters thanks to the flexible system of the analytical reporting, a full integration with the regional system of school education on the movement of pupils, the educational diagram and a daily appearance on occupations. Work of the module will be carried out taking into account subsidiyny providing the region on a power supply of school students.

Module "Training in Individual Curricula"

The BARS GROUP company announced on May 30, 2018 optimization of the solution "BARS. Education – Electronic school".

The module "Training in Individual Curricula" which will allow to keep individual curricula both for one pupil, and for group, irrespective of their level of training is implemented. Also the separate class timetable, calendar and thematic plans and the class book for students by the individual curriculum, data from which will be displayed in a personal account of the pupil and his parents, will be kept.

Thanks to the solution will become possible report generation, containing information on results of the USE (Unified state examination) and MSE (Main State Exam) by the educational organizations and municipalities. In addition, in the software product there will be an opportunity to make reports on the number of pupils, classes, attendance, PTA meetings and the held events. Report generation about the submitted applications in several educational organizations will allow to exclude duplication (submission of documents in the same organizations) and repetition (filing of applications on the same children, but in the different organizations) and to output the report on the basis of unique ID.

Along with it the plug-in intending for accounting of medical certificates and release from physical loading, and allowing to keep account according to each admission of the pupil by method of attachment of the certificate of release in the class book is implemented.

Modules "Feedback", "Built-in Mail" and "Bulletin board"

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of the National center of informatization (enters into State Corporation Rostec), in April, 2018 upgraded the solution "BARS. Education – Electronic school", having added it with the modules "Feedback", "Built-in Mail" and "Bulletin board". The added tools will allow parents and school students to send quickly messages, requests and responses and to obtain all necessary information on the principle of "single window", noted in the company.

Software product "BARS. Education – Electronic school" consists of the integrated modules and allows to create uniform base of the state educational organizations of the region.

By means of the module "Feedback" parents of school students will be able to send online messages to the educational organizations and authorities exercising control over their activity in the messenger mode. Depending on a type of a request the responsible person and the number of days during which the request should be solved is designated. Also the module will save the history of the movement of addresses and the arriving comments, and the parent will have an opportunity to return the address on completion if it does not accept the received result.

For convenience of interaction of users the solution is complemented with the software module "The built-in mail" providing message exchange between certain users and groups.

In turn, for the mass notification the module "Bulletin board" in which a register of messages on the educational organizations is maintained is implemented.

Project "BARS. Modules for training of children with features in development

On August 24, 2017 the BARS GROUP company announced availability in the BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronnaya School system of the modules intended for training of children with features in development.

As you know, correctional schools work in all regions of the country and provide to pupils with deviations in development training, education, treatment and promote their social adaptation and integration into society. The module "Correctional School" developed by BARS GROUP allows on each such pupil of a message the correctional card, the including information on physical defects, individual training programs, the orthopedic mode, the recommendations of teachers and so forth.

In the module there is an opportunity to add different parameters of characteristics for training evaluation and the student's status. According to each individual program of rehabilitation it is possible to specify current problems, the purposes, contents of the program and the forecast after the program.

Besides, the company prepares for release the module "BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronnaya School" on accounting of educational process of students individually at home. It will allow to keep the separate schedule, curricula for each pupil, the magazine of training for the house.

The module "Training at Home" will cover all steps of training of individual training of "home-workers" — from drawing up the list of individually studying pupils with indication of training term before unloading of a printed form of magazines of training at home. Release of the Android-application "My magazine"

The company "BARS GROUP" (subsidiary company National Center of Informatization of state corporation "Rostec") announced on August 18, 2017 release mobile application "My magazine" for teachers. With its help they can get access to functions of the Electronic School system through smartphone or tablet, working on to the operating system Android.

Thanks to the application teachers can enter in real time information on work of the pupil at lessons, about estimates and attendance, to expose individual homeworks.

The My Schedule function allows to browse the lessons, "My classes" — information on classes in which the teacher is the class teacher, or teaches lessons. In the section of Action information on PTA meetings accumulates. Also in it there is a possibility of creation, editing, removal of notes.

According to BARS GROUP, the application works since the end of 2016 in two regions — the Tyumen region and the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and, as of August, 2017, totals more than 5 thousand users.
