Process automation of talent management based on the SAP solutions ERP HCM and Nakisa of JSC Samruk-Kazyna Fund (Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Project Features:
- Implementation of the standard SAP solution ERP HCM, without considerable completions;

Management of a talent pool:
- Automatic detection of key positions (positions), providing "bench";
- Management qualification requirements;
- Management of personnel reservists;
- Overview and comparison of profiles of personnel reservists and established posts;
- Automatic detection of high-potential workers;
- Creation of development plans;
- Information visualization on the basis of SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa.
Training management:
- Use of SAPEhP5 service pack for implementation of business processes;
- Implementation of the standard SAP solution ERP HCM, without considerable completions;
- The model of competences integrated with the training management module;
- Purpose of compulsory education for new employees and for certain positions;
- Planning of training at foundation of the International Party of Russia;
- Maintaining the budget on training by cost items and divisions, the plan fact expense analysis on training;
