Process automation of talent management based on the SAP solutions ERP HCM and Nakisa of JSC Samruk-Kazyna Fund (Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Project Objective:

  • Increase in efficiency of activity of separate companies and group of fund in general.
  • Formation of uniform understanding of the basic principles of personnel strategy.
  • Optimization of work with a talent pool.

Project Features:

  • Implementation of the standard SAP solution ERP HCM, without considerable completions;
  • Scaling option of a pilot project within group of Fund;
  • Use of a service pack of SAP of EhP 5 for implementation of business processes.

Management of a talent pool:

  • Automatic detection of key positions (positions), providing "bench";
  • Management qualification requirements;
  • Management of personnel reservists;
  • Overview and comparison of profiles of personnel reservists and established posts;
  • Automatic detection of high-potential workers;
  • Creation of development plans;
  • Information visualization on the basis of SAP Talent Visualization by Nakisa.

Training management:

  • Use of SAPEhP5 service pack for implementation of business processes;
  • Implementation of the standard SAP solution ERP HCM, without considerable completions;
  • The model of competences integrated with the training management module;
  • Purpose of compulsory education for new employees and for certain positions;
  • Planning of training at foundation of the International Party of Russia;
  • Maintaining the budget on training by cost items and divisions, the plan fact expense analysis on training;
  • Giving and approval of requests of employees for not planned training;
  • Training: questionnaires of a feedback;
  • Efficiency evaluation of training events.

Personnel recruitment:

  • Automatic execution of all procedures of competitive candidate screen;
  • The automatic publication of vacancy postings on the website of the company and the portal of SAP with indication of all qualification requirements;
  • Independent registration of candidates for vacancies;
  • Creation and approval of the request for selection;
  • Single database of candidates;
  • Input of results of testing and interview;
  • Purpose of actions for candidates;
  • Mailing of information messages to participants of process of selection.

Services of self-service:

  • The flexible scheme of approval of holidays (the list of approving can be updated by the worker: it can change the list of approving);
  • Viewing and editing personal data;
  • The address directory on the basis of SAP OrgVisualization by Nakisa.
