On December 11, 2013 the INTALEV company announced project completion of product introduction of own development "INTALEV: Corporate management" in development company of Partner-Service Management Company LLC.
Project Tasks
Expansion of scale of activity influenced increase in number of the signed agreements of customer company. In view of complexity of business processes of approval of agreements and tendering process, existence of a corruption component, the management faced a problem of transparency and on-line of control over activity of employees in the company.
Made the decision on search of the complex software product for implementation of enterprise management not only regarding finance, but in the field of automation of financial and not financial processes. Due to the amplifying competition in the market of developer services, to project deadlines on development of the system of management a tough framework was also shown.
Having conducted researches of the market of enterprise management systems, the choice of the management of Partner-Service Management Company LLC stopped on INTALEV company.
Project Progress
In September, 2013 2 stages of the joint project are begun: creation of functional areas Tendering process and "Approval of agreements".
Project Results
Within the designated functional areas several regulatory documents defining logic of each of processes, all of them cuts and the personal responsibility of employees for execution of these or those tasks are created. In an ACS the project team INTALEV configured the corresponding business processes then the required fields of management became transparent and are easily controlled.
