"The Terra Fud" starts the project of optimization of financial management of the enterprises of Group

On December 10, 2013 the INTALEV company announced the beginning of the project on optimization of a system of financial management in FUD TERRA company as which technology platform it is necessary to use the software solution "INTALEV: Corporate management".

Project Tasks

TERRA FUD Group - one of the producers of meat-and-milk products, largest in Ukraine. With business growth, the management TERRA FUD made the decision - to optimize the system of financial management.

A choice was made for benefit of cooperation about INTALEV thanks to considerable successful project experience INTALEV and to availability of own software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" which allows to automate practically any methodology of budgeting and management accounting, quickly to create a required packet of the management reporting, to implement a management system for payments (payment schedule).

The purpose of the begun project - creation of the uniform automated control system for finance with a possibility of its further scaling.

Project Progress

Within the project the command INTALEV trains employees and creates competence center based on customer organization which in an effect can independently develop a system and scale on other enterprises of holding. It became for the management of "TERRA of FUD" of one more argument pro cooperation about INTALEV.

For implementation of a pilot project one of the business directions of holding — INTER of FUD company is selected.

The project should be executed in several stages during which are planned:

• Setting and automation of management accounting and reporting
• Setting and automation of budget planning
• Automation of the payment schedule

The integrated automated control system finance which will be scaled further on all six business directions of FUD TERRA group will become a result of the project.
