Neftservisholding implements management tools IT assets

On December 19, 2013 the Softline company announced end of a pilot project on deployment of asset management systems and monitoring of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) for Neftservisholding.

Project Progress

Set the task of reduction in cost of service of IT infrastructure of the organization and also risk minimization of critical failures in its work for the head of department of OITU of Neftservisholding. The computer park of holding includes more than 1000 pieces of equipment, located in the different cities today.

Specialists of Softline company recommended solving of tasks of the customer by means of a management system for IT infrastructure of System Center: System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operation Manager (SCOM). For acquaintance to these solutions and their testings regarding further use in infrastructure of Neftservisholding performed pilot implementation.

Project Results

In a project deliverable there was a possibility of consolidation of information on functioning of different components of IT infrastructure of the organization, providing general concept of data in the single console, allowing IT specialists to expect various violations of functioning of IT infrastructure and to prevent them in a short space of time.

"During implementation of pilot implementation of System Center by engineers of Softline problems, relevant for the customer, in management of IT infrastructure of affiliated enterprises were revealed. According to the results of discussion of project deliverables with the business management and the head of department of IT holding full-scale deployment of this technology is planned", - Dmitry Nagovitsyn, the head of the Center of solutions of Softline company in the Ural Federal District and Perm Krai noted.
