On December 31, 2013 the companies IBS also BFT announced end of the joint project on upgrade of a management system for budget process in interests Moscow Department of Finance.
Project Tasks
The Moscow Department of Finance uses a specialized management system for budget planning - the AIS UBP. The infrastructure created more than five years ago is used for its work, until the beginning of the project of upgrade. Updating, both the server hardware, and the software was required.
"To cope with sharply increased amount of data and the increased number of different transactions in the course of budget implementation, the Department started process of upgrade of all hardware and software system. Understanding that a task not only "software", colleagues from IBS suggested us to stand together at the preparing auction", - Sergey Konduktorov, the development director of BFT company noted.
Project Progress
Based on an auction a command IBS also BFT declared as the winner.
The infrastructure division IBS completely updated the server hardware of the main and reserve data processing centers with the subsequent data migration. Complexity of the project in work of a command IBS and BFT with a "fighting" system which idle time was inadmissible.
Project Results
The upgraded management system for budget process helped to optimize activity of department.
