The representative office of Gazprom in Qatar automates document flow

On December 25, 2013 specialists of Soft-Unity company announced implementation of software "1C: Document Flow" in representative office of JSC Gazprom, Doha (Qatar).

Growth of number of documentation caused need for the management of representation - to arrange work of employees with documents and to automate document flow in the organization.

Project Progress

Specialists of Soft-Unity analyzed needs of the customer and offered "1C: Document Flow" – the application solution which is specially created for the solution of similar tasks.

During implementation specialists of Soft-Unity made remote installation of the software product on 11 jobs, held system testing, trained employees in work in the program. Implementation of the Document flow configuration in representative office of JSC Gazprom in Qatar helped to arrange conducting document flow, reducing quantity of errors and time during the collective work with documents that, in turn, increases efficiency.
