ITTs "Trade" unrolled the ERP system

On January 21, 2014 specialists of 1C-Rarus branch announced extra rhenium in ITTs-Trade LLC of the new information system created on the platform of the solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8" and implemented on model of "cloud service".

Project Tasks

- A main objective of automation - increase in efficiency of activity of branches. We wanted to make their work more transparent, to bring interaction between branches and the central office to new level. A new system had to provide such opportunities as maintaining the customer base in a common information space, free access to the analysis of a commodity remaining balance, uniform control "from the order before delivery", - Alexey Geykin, the director of ITTs-Trade noted.

Transition to the new accounting system was promoted by selection of ITTs-Trade LLC in the independent business direction (the enterprise is included into F1 Group). Besides, it was required to create necessary economic reports quickly. Work with them in the previous system was performed manually, data were collected from different programs that led to increase in labor input of process.

Project Progress

As the contractor the 1C-Rarus branch is selected. From the enterprise serious investments in infrastructure and in acquisition of the new equipment as the solution is model-based "cloud" service were not required. This scheme most met requirements of work in a common information space of the central office and three branches of the customer.

For the solution of assigned tasks specialists of the Novosibirsk branch of 1C-Rarus company recommended the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product for implementation.

For January 21, 2014 in a new system three branches of the company in the Siberian cities (Omsk, Krasnoyarsk, Barnaul) successfully work.

Process of automation began with accounting as one of important divisions on which activity the correct assessment of financial performance of the enterprise depends. Earlier regulated accounting was kept only on level of training of postings, the accounting records were prepared manually on the basis of these turnover balance sheets, and tax accounting was not implemented at all. Specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" transferred data, configured the software product, trained specialists of ITTs-Trade. Today in uniform information base accounting and tax accounting, and at once several legal entities is kept. With the advent of a new system the procedure of preparation and sending the regulated reporting (the convenient and clear forms corresponding to reporting period) considerably became simpler.

Project Results

The new program gave the chance on places online "see" how at the company the situation is and to control business processes of all divisions. For the management of the company this reduction of time for acceptance of management decisions.
