"The Crimean development company" completed system deployment of management of finance

On December 26, 2013 the INTALEV company announced project completion of setting and automation of an end-to-end system of management of finance on the platform of the software product "INTALEV: Corporate management" in Crimean Development Company LLC.

Project Tasks

"The Crimean development company" is occupied with development of large ^{shopping mall MEGANOM with a total area of 74.341 thous m2}.

The scale of the project and plans of the guide to business development demanded implementation of an automated system with reliable management tools and complex control of all financial flows of the project.

The INTALEV company integrator became the partner in the project.

Project Progress

The project included six blocks within which the project team achieved certain results.

In development of methodology of management accounting and budgeting:

• the budget structure, formats of managerial reports (The income and expenditure budget, the Budget of Cash flow, Balance, the Budget of capital costs), and managerial account policy is developed.

Budget planning:

• process and structure of functional budgets is described. Results are fixed in regulations on planning;
• documents for introduction of planned data and obtaining the reporting under them are configured.

Payment schedule:

• business process "Approval of the request for cash flow" is described and automated;
• payments of money are controlled on the basis of approved budgets;
• automatic formation of payment orders for unloading in Client Bank is configured.

Implementation of a unique selling proposition. Accounting and tax accounting:

• the business and tax accounting system is transferred to the platform of 1C 8.2;
• accounting of agreement obligations of lease is automated.

Management accounting:

• documents for introduction of managerial actual data and the rule of formation of managerial postings are configured;
• obtaining the reporting under actual data is configured.

Document flow:

• the structure of archive for storage of cards of documents is configured;
• business processes "Approval of agreements", "Registration of the entering and outgoing documents", "Execution and control of instructions" are described and automated;
• universal business process for review of any document type in a system is created.

The important requirement of top management of Crimean Development Company - creation of universal scalable methodology of budgeting and managerial accounting for its use in other projects of the company.

With the implemented Crimean Development Company project received:

• scalable methodology;
• reduction of risk of loss of financial stability;
• increase in accountability of the current payments and target use of means;
• broad and authentic picture of business activities of the company at any moment;
