Elopak changes the system of motivation and accounting

On January 28, 2014 reported First BIT: the project of automation of HR processes in Elopak corporation by implementation of software 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP and solution "BIT is executed . Access control (ACS) 8".

Project Tasks

The company management of Elopak made the decision on input of an automatic time recording. It is necessary to create a common information space for conducting personnel records and payroll. An optimal variant for the solution of assigned tasks - software products 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP and "BIT. Access control (ACS) 8".

Project Progress

On the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" platform are automated:

• accounting of the worker and time off;
• payroll;
• accounting of personnel document flow;
• preparation of the specialized reporting.

Project Results

Implementation specialists of First BIT transferred Elopak company to the new system of motivation and a time recording. 8 jobs are automated, the staff of the enterprise was trained.
