2014: podpisanit framework agreement
On February 3, 2014 the Asteros Labs company announced signing of the framework agreement with the International airport "Ufa" about implementation of development of Asteros Contact Avia.
Project Tasks
Conclusion of an agreement with Asteros - a part of the program of the upgrade of the Ufa airport aimed at providing qualitatively new service level of air passengers.
The specialized solution of Asteros Contact Avia developed by Asteros Labs company with assistance of the innovation Skolkovo Foundation integrates data of all registration systems of the airport, and the universal working interface allows to register passengers and their baggage on all runs on any rack, implementing the principle of "single window". Implementation will provide registration that considerably will reduce queues in rush hours and will significantly simplify work of agents.
Integration of Asteros Contact Avia into the operational database of the airport will give the chance to collect and consolidate statistical information in real time that will help the airport to estimate precisely volume, specifics and the final direction of flight of the serviced passengers.
Project Progress
According to the plan implementation of Asteros Contact Avia is implemented in three stages.
The solution will be installed on all front desks, and agents of the airport will pass special trainings for training in work with a system.
Then the special module of Asteros Contact Avia will be installed on racks in a zone of gateways for ensuring control of an exit of passengers to landing.
Final stage of the project - implementation of analytical functionality, it will help to collect statistics about passengers for marketing efforts and resource planning.
Key stages of the project will be completed in May, 2014 then at the airport uniform queue, with distribution of passengers by free front desks in process of their release will work.
"Actually Asteros Contact Avia allows the airports to work by the principle "free cash desk" that significantly unloads the check-in area and creates the most comfortable conditions of a design on run, – Vladimir Kutinsky, the project manager, the head of department of development of industry applications of Asteros Consulting company noted. – We are proud of the fact that our development on which really talented team of specialists worked received the contract in Ufa that allows to speak about its demand and business potential. We long went by this moment".
"The airport of Ufa continues policy of ensuring the maximum comfort for passengers, – Alexander Andreyev, the CEO of the International airport "Ufa" emphasized. High-quality ensuring service and achievement of a position of the best regional airport of the country with a passenger traffic of 2-4 million passengers on service quality – our main priority. After implementation of the Asteros Contact Avia software product at the Ufa airport queues on front desks of passengers will considerably be reduced".

Contract for expansion of functionality of a system of Asteros Contact Avia
On January 21, 2016 the Asteros Group announced contract signature with the International airport "Ufa" on expansion of functionality of a system of Asteros Contact Avia. The Atrinity company entering into the Asteros group will become the contractor. During the project it is going to implement the Passenger Access Control (PAC) add-on module which will provide access control of passengers in a zone of waiting of runs. The solution PAC is unique and at the moment has no analogs in the Russian market of development of software products for the airports.
The subsystem of PAC is created by a command of Asteros Labs (since June, 2015 enters into Atrinity) in 2013 for the purpose of providing the high level of security of the Russian airports, in particular, for access control of passengers in a sterile zone. The project of Atrinity at the Ufa airport will become the first example of implementation of a similar system on domestic goods.
The architecture of a subsystem of PAC includes the database with up-to-date information about passengers, sufficient for making decision on admission in a zone of waiting of the airport. The optimal feature set for fast and careful check of compliance of the documents provided by the passenger and information which is contained in the database of the module of Asteros Contact Avia of PAC does this system of aviation security of the airport, convenient and intuitive for the staff of service.
Consolidation of the main technology and IT subsystems of the Ufa airport in a uniform circuit will become a key stage of business process automation that will allow to operate with all necessary data in a complex for acceptance of management decisions on security at the airport.
For implementation of plans for an exit to the leading positions among the regional airports the reliable Russian partner who could propose the modern software solution for automation and optimization of work of our fabrication cycles was required for us. Asteros Contact Avia opens new opportunities for our airport due to flexible configuration of system modules under our requirements. So, at the first stage of the project in addition to the main functionality of Asteros Contact Avia for us the module on collecting of statistics of registration of passengers through booths of self-registration was implemented. Today it allows us to automate process of settlement with airlines and also to estimate demand passengers of these or those methods of registration for flights. The selected technology platform has ample opportunities for development of functionality and creation of really necessary solutions. The control system of access for passengers planned to implementation in examination points in a sterile zone of the airport definitely is among the most critical systems for the airport. "The automated access control of passengers" of the airport Ufa - in commercial operation
In June, 2016 the Asteros Group officially announced start in commercial operation of a system "to Asteros. The Automated Access Control of Passengers " * (AACP*) in the territory of the International airport "Ufa". The solution will provide access control of passengers in a zone of waiting of runs.
The automated access control of passengers is provided with the module of a universal recording system of Asteros Contact Avia *. The international airport "Ufa" became the first air hub which implemented the similar domestic product providing access control of passengers in a zone of waiting of runs. The main objective of a system is identification of potentially dangerous persons searched by security agencies. Besides, the solution allows to trace a route of movement of passengers in the airport for the purpose of prevention of threat of commission of acts of terrorism.
Within the project employees of the air harbor were trained under the leadership of specialists of Atrinity company. Within a month a system worked in the mode of test operation, and in May, 2016 the airport completely switched to the solution for the automated access control of passengers in a "net" zone. It allowed to increase quality of examination and also to simplify work of service of aviation security and to make it much more effectively.
Consolidation of the main technology and IT subsystems of the Ufa airport in a uniform circuit became a key stage of implementation of the program that will allow to operate in a complex with all necessary data for acceptance of management decisions on security of the airport. Further the air hub is going to expand work on automation of control together with recording systems of airlines. It will give the chance not only to increase the level of aviation security, but also to facilitate movement of passengers in the airport.
