Asteros Business Contact

The idea of development of a single platform of frontal integration "Asteros Business Contact" appeared at a command of Asteros Labs in 2010. Later on its basis the family of vertically integrated products which do not require significant completions and adaptation during implementation was created, include packets of standard business processes in the specific industry and sets of integration adapters to applications. Solutions on the basis of the Asteros Business Contact platform underwent approbation within "pilot" implementations and are used in the leading Russian companies, such as MegaFon, International airport "Sheremetyevo", International airport "Ufa" and others.

2016: Developments of Asteros Labs were included into the Unified register of domestic software

The resolution on inclusion of developments of Asteros Labs in the register of the Russian software was accepted during the fifth internal meeting of Expert advice according to the Russian software at the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in the fall of 2016. Work of council is conducted within implementation of regulations of federal law No. 188-FZ of June 29, 2015 which defined an order and conditions of recognition of software coming from Russia and also creation of the corresponding register. Software products of Asteros Labs were recognized conforming to requirements, stipulated in Item 5 rules of formation and maintaining the register. These requirements are approved by order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236 "About establishment of prohibition on the admission of the software coming from the foreign states for the purposes of implementation of purchases for ensuring the state and municipal needs".

2013: "Asteros Business Kontakt. Telecom" is certified in TM Forum association

In June, 2013 the Asteros Labs company certified the solution of "Asteros Business Kontakt. Telecom" on compliance to standards of the international telecommunication association TM Forum.

TM Forum is the non-profit association integrating more than 900 companies from the different countries of the world, is engaged in development of standards, recommendations and IT models in telecom industry. Thanks to activity of this organization the group of international standards Frameworx is developed. One of activities of TM Forum is certification of IT products and solutions of developers on compliance to these standards.

In 2012 Asteros Labs company, the resident of Skolkovo Foundation, was a part of TM Forum, and then nominated to certification the flagship product "Asteros Business Kontakt.Telecom" created with assistance of Skolkovo Foundation. The product is intended for business process automation in contact centers and sales offices of telecommunication companies.

According to the results of certification compliance of "Asteros Business Kontakt.Telecom" to requirements for support and business process automation of the telecom operator, constructed taking into account the Business Process Framework (eTOM) model and also compliance of a reference information model of Information Framework (SID) was confirmed. As a result of May 13, 2013 Asteros Labs of the first of the Russian companies acquired the right to use "quality label" — the TM Forum Frameworx Conformance CERTIFIED PRODUCT logo. Results of certification were provided at the international telecommunication forum TM Forum Management World 2013. The only Russian development mentioned by the international telecommunication association TM Forum took a place of honor along with products of such vendors as Oracle, IBM, Huawei, Comverse, Tribold, HP, Amdocs, Microsoft, etc.

Independent assessment of specialists of TM Forum demonstrates that "Asteros Business Kontakt.Telecom" develops according to global technology trends and meets modern standards. Besides, certification has also purely practical value. Now the product will become available to the companies which adhere to the recommendations of TM Forum in the work and demand from suppliers of IT solutions of existence of appropriate certificates for participation in profile tenders.

2012

The intelligent system on the Asteros Business Contact platform is designed to help operators with implementation of sales on the basis of data analysis from CRM and characteristics of the current communication with the client.

Asteros Labs and MDG Innovations are residents Skolkovo and actively participate in design and development of the innovative solutions for business. In 2012 the companies signed the partnership agreement for consolidation of experiment on creation of the products increasing efficiency of front offices in retail, insurance companies, banks and other companies of the customer-oriented industries.

The module of support of sales became the first development in a line of joint solutions of Asteros Labs and MDG Innovations. In it possibilities of the Asteros Business Contact platform and technology of the speech analysis are integrated. The intellectual functionality of a new solution is designed to help by the companies to increase the accompanying sales in contact centers.

The incoming call arriving to the operator in parallel is processed by the Asteros Business Contact system and a subsystem of the speech analysis. During communication with the client the solution reveals a key word, the emotional status addressed, quantity heckling, percent of participation in a conversation of each participant, etc. is defined. The application also obtains customer information from CRM and other IT systems. On the basis of the analysis of all data set the most suitable are selected from a matrix of products and services for this client with indication of relevance degree. At the right time a conversation to the operator the list of offers with which a system recommends to address the client is output to the display. Also the scenario of sale depending on qualification of the operator is offered to the specialist.
