Government Sakha (Yakutia) Republic (Keysystems: WEB-Torgi-KS)

The AIS WEB-Torgi-KS of Yakutia received at the beginning of 2014 the certificate of compliance according to requirements of data protection in the state information systems.

The Sakha (Yakutia) Republic traditionally was among the first regions which implemented new requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. This time it is about requirements for data protection in the regional and municipal systems in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs set by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1091 and the order of FSTEC of Russia of February 11, 2013 No. 17.

In November-December, 2013 the Keysystems Security Research and production center implemented the project on creation in Automated information system of public procurements of Web-Torgi-KS unrolled in a uniform regional Data processing center of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, a subsystem of the data protection which is completely conforming to requirements of the current legislation.

The project included development of a specialized set of organizational and administrative and technical documentation and also creation of an information security system. Based on works the certificate of compliance was issued.

Since 2013 the Keysystems company also proposes the complete solution on creation of regional and municipal information systems in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs based on the PC Web-Torgi-KS in the protected "turnkey" execution.
