"The technical university UMMC" completed creation of technical infrastructure

On February 10, 2014 the CROC company announced creation of technical infrastructure for the organization of effective educational process at the Technical university UMMC.

Project Tasks

New organization of additional professional education is created for training of qualified personnel, retraining and advanced training of staff of UMMC. Educational and educational process is begun in 2013 academic year.

Project Results

"Within the project of CROC implemented the modern multimedia equipment in a conference room and 15 educational audiences, implemented an intelligent system of display of schedules on the basis of Digital Signage technology. Over 20 different systems were integrated. We managed to cope with a task in only three months" — Andrey Korogodin, the director of work with corporate customers of CROC company noted.

The conference room for lectures and seminars is equipped with 12 systems. The hi-res picture (Full HD DLP) is output to them, automatic guidance of the camera on speaking is implemented, free movement of the speaker by means of microphone is provided to the petlichny radio system. The wireless system of synchronous translation gives the chance to organize the international conferences in four languages, and a mobile interactive board — to make entries, to draw, move graphic objects with contact of a hand. Besides, the table of presidium and a tribune of the speaker are equipped with the digital congress system providing interference protection, created by mobile phones.

In educational audiences not less than 10 different systems using which graphic video content is displayed are used, the high legibility of the speech and a possibility of collective making changes in documents is provided. By means of individually developed system interface, management of work of audience happens clicking of one button iPad. If necessary the teacher can use the system of an operational call of IT service.

Near each educational class and in the foyer of the university schedule display systems work. On screens information on the current employment of audiences, time of holding occupation, the Full Name of teachers, names of lectures and seminars is visible. Also RSS news of the university online are broadcast. Content is updated and synchronized on a centralized basis. In the evening and on the weekend all screens can be switched off automatically, without participation of the personnel administering a system.
