The city administration Bratsk upgraded technology of budget planning

On February 21, 2014 the BFT company announced upgrade of schedule system of the budget in city administration of Bratsk using ADC-Planning software.

Project Tasks

To go to the program budget within the Federal law of May 7, 2013 No. 104-FZ, the organization of methodical ensuring this process, the city administration of Bratsk decided to upgrade the existing budget schedule system. For February 26, 2014 in Bratsk the automated system of "ADC-Planning" is applied.

Project Progress

For the organization of methodical and technology maintenance of transition to the program budget, in city administration of Bratsk the subsystem expanding functionality of "ADC-Planning" regarding budgeting of the municipal entity with a program and target method is implemented.

Project Results

As a result of the carried-out complex of works the regulatory legal base including an order of development, implementation, monitoring and efficiency evaluation of municipal programs and also the list of municipal programs including the list of subprogrammes, contractors and collaborators is drafted.

For February 26, 2014 in city administration of Bratsk execution of the municipal budget is implemented on the basis of an automated system of "ADC-Finance", new approaches to purchase planning according to requirements of a Contract system within "ATsK-Munitsipalny the order" are implemented.
