"The Russian meat products" are automated by document flow

On March 11, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced implementation in Russian Meat Products holding of the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product.

Project Tasks

For increase in efficiency of accounting of documents and interaction of numerous group of staff of the enterprise, specialists of 1C-Rarus company recommended the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product.

Project Progress

The holding is automated:

• office-work,
• accounting and document storage,
• maintaining nomenclature of affairs,
• accounting and control of execution of instructions,
• accounting of agreements.

In a work progress are defined and brought to required compliance:

• access rights of users on access signature stamps, issues of activity and folders of internal documents;
• the document types (entering, proceeding orders, orders, memos, agreements, requests for payment of accounts, etc.);
• folder structure of internal documents;
• numerators on document types;
• the notification of users by e-mail.

Project Results

Implementation:

• work of employees with documents is arranged, losses of versions or intersection of fragments of documents at simultaneous operation are excluded;
• search time of information, total time of collective document handling was reduced;
• the quality level of ready material (projects, documentation and so forth) by means of an exception of a large number of matters of argument, streamlining of work of users grew.
