Content

The Technical Committee for Standardization "Cryptographic Information Protection" (TK 26) on a voluntary parity basis unites representatives of federal bodies, state enterprises and commercial organizations and is authorized to consider issues of standardization of products and services related to methods of encryption (cryptographic transformation) of information, methods of their implementation, as well as methods of ensuring the security of information technologies using cryptographic information conversion, including authentication, imitation protection and electronic digital signature. He leads the activities of the TK26 FSB of Russia. The TK26 secretarial company is InfoTeCS.

TK 26 is a permanent collegial body that deals with the functional and subject content of standardization in the field of cryptographic protection of information constituting a state secret or classified as restricted information protected in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. In addition, TK 26 performs functions related to the organization, development, adoption and application of documents on standardization of encryption (cryptographic) security tools, as well as issues of their application in secure systems.

TK 26 is attended by representatives of both Federal executive bodies and commercial companies with sufficient scientific potential, level of competence and interest in improving the domestic regulatory framework in this area, including companies specializing in the production of cryptographic means, integrators involved in the introduction of cryptographic information protection tools in information systems, as well as representatives of the FSB and scientific organizations.

History

2019: Approval of Secure Exchange Protocol for CRISP Industrial Systems as Methodological Recommendations

By the decision of Protocol No. 23.1 of the Technical Committee for Standardization "Cryptographic Protection of Information" (TK26) dated May 27-30, 2019, methodological recommendations MR 26.4.001-2019 "Secure Exchange Protocol for Industrial Systems (CRISP 1.0)" were approved. 2014: R-Style experts join TK 26

The R-Style system integrator received membership in the Technical Committee for Standardization No. 26 "Cryptographic Information Protection" (TK 26). The status gives the company the opportunity to take an active part in the processes of developing national standards and recommendations for standardization in the field of cryptographic protection of information, their harmonization with generally recognized international standards and recommendations of international standards institutions, preparing proposals for organizing the development, adoption and application of documents for standardization of encryption (cryptographic) means of protection, as well as their application in secure information systems.

CIB R-Style specialists undergo annual advanced training and have experience in implementing large-scale and unique projects for different sectors of the economy, both in the Central part of Russia and in the regions. CIB R-Style provides certified services in the field of cloud security, information security audit, information security management and the implementation of information protection tools.

R-Style has the entire set of necessary licenses for the technical and cryptographic protection of confidential information and state secrets, as well as a room allocated for working with state secrets, a measuring laboratory, a development department (R&D) and partnerships with major national and international manufacturers of information protection tools.

2007: Creation of TC 26

The Technical Committee for Standardization "Cryptographic Information Protection," which received the abbreviated name TK 26, was created by order of Rostekhregulirovanie dated December 28, 2007.
