Transalyans completed the project of equipment of transport GLONASS system

On March 27, 2014 the Omnicomm company announced the final of the project of ensuring monitoring of transport of maintenance of the Olympic torch relay. Transport was provided by Transalyans group.

Project Tasks

During relay more than 65 thousand km long. 14 thousand torchbearers accompanied machines of providing Volvo FH12 of Transalyans group equipped with onboard Omnicomm Profi terminals and Omnicomm LLS fuel level sensors.

The Transalyans group won a victory in the competition on providing cars of maintenance held by the Organizing committee of Sochi 2014 in the run-up to the Olympic torch relay. Some of the most important requirements of organizers to the provided transport - control of fuel consumption and location of cars and semi-trailers (CHEREAU refrigerators) online.

Project Progress

The equipment is installed by Omnikomm Service company, and continuous control of movement of transport was exercised by means of a cloud service of Omnicomm Online.
