financial institutions during implementation of their investment projects in the Russian Federation and other CIS countries. Is fluent English, German and Russian in languages.
Biography
From 1987 to 1991, Philip worked at the New York office Cleary Gottlieb.
Later Philip became one of founders of the Moscow and St. Petersburg offices of Salans company which in 2013 integrated with SNR Denton and FMC to create Dentons. He left firm in 2005.
From 2005 to 2010 – in White & Case.
From 2011 to 2014 – in Orrick law firm.
On April 2, 2014 it was announced that Philip Vindemouth returned to Dentons to the partner's position Moscow and Berlin offices. Philip specializes in issues of merges and absorption, the real estate and financing.
