On April 9, 2014 it became known of the beginning of an implementation project of software of the company ClickSoftware Technologies ClickSoftware Workforce Management in structure of mobile operator of Italy Wind Telecomunicazioni.
Project Tasks
The Italian company selected the technological solution from ClickSoftware for replacement of the existing WFM platform (Work Force Management-management of working personnel). The customer involved Ericsson company in implementation.
According to partners, the new solution of WFM will help Wind to get advantages of auxiliary planning of working time to the growth of efficiency of activity and strengthening of the position in qualities of the leader in service quality, provided to clients of the operator.
