Opekunov Victor Semyonovich is the president of SRO NP Soyuzatomstroy

Biography

Victor was born on January 1, 1944.

In 1962 got an education in the Barnaul machine-building technical school.

In 1974 graduated from the Altai polytechnical institute.

In 1994 graduated from Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in" the Public and economic board".

From 1963 to 1966 served in AF of the USSR.

Since 1962 worked at Talmensky machine-building plant: technologist, senior technologist, shop manager, chief technologist, chief engineer.

In 1976 Victor Semyonovich is appointed the director of Talmensky machine-building plant.

In 1982 it is elected the chairman of Talmensky district executive committee of Altai Krai.

From 1984 to 1988 worked as the director of the Talmensky plant of powder metallurgy.

In 1988 became the CEO of the Sosnovoborsk machine-building plant of the Leningrad Region.

In 1996 received a position of the CEO of construction corporation "Lenstroyrekonstruktion".

From 1998 to January, 2000 Opekunov worked as the first deputy governor of the Tver region on economy.

In December, 1999 the vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee on property is elected the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third convocation.

In December, 2003 it is elected the deputy of the State Duma of the fourth convocation. In the State Duma was a part of United Russia fraction. Was a Member of the committee of the State Duma on power, transport and communication, the chairman of subcommittee on atomic energy.

In December, 2007 received a position of the advisor to director general of the ROSATOM State corporation.

In 2009 it is appointed the president of SOYUZATOMSTROY self-regulatory organization.

For April 23, 2014 Victor Semyonovich Opekunov works as the president of SRO NP Soyuzatomstroy.
