Keysystems: BUDGET SMART

The BUDGET SMART is a software package for process automation of drawing up, the analysis and budget implementation of the subject and budgets of municipal entities.

2019: Compatibility with Red OS

On September 12, 2019 the company "Red Soft" reported that together with "Keysystems" within partnership held testing for compatibility of the products. Developers confirmed full-fledged and smooth operation software of "BUDGET SMART of the Missile defense" on to the operating system Red OS. According to the results of testing the bilateral certificate was signed.

Check of operability of a product on the operating system from the register of the domestic software was the main assigned task. Having analyzed the presented solutions, we came to a conclusion that most fully the RED OS operating system conforms to requirements of the software of "BUDGET SMART of the Missile defense". In the course of testing often there was a need of carrying out completions of components of the operating system. Technical specialists of RED SOFT always were in contact with us and carried out necessary completions that allowed to cover completely functionality of our software products during the work in RED OS, told Sergey Panov, the deputy CEO of Keysystems company

2015: Module of accounting of the credits

The module of accounting of the credits of a software package of BUDGET SMART intended for automation of operating activities on short-term budget credits completely conforms to new requirements of Federal Treasury which became effective on April 1, 2015.

Short-term budget credits are the new method of management of a remaining balance of means on the Single treasury account allowing subjects and the municipal entities of the Russian Federation to fill quickly arising cash gaps.

On April 1, 2015 became effective the parameters of providing budget credits published by Federal Treasury on March 27, 2015 on replenishment of a remaining balance of means on accounts of budgets of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation (local budgets). Due to lack of providing on the credit, and also a low interest rate the debt load on regional budgets by substitution of expensive commercial credits of banks significantly decreases.

For management of the credits obtained from Federal Treasury in the BUDGET SMART PC the module of accounting of the credits - the effective tool in problem solving of accounting and control of repayment of the amounts is created. Using the module it is possible not only to create credit agreements according to the set conditions and features of the credits, but also to keep account of debt with automatic calculation of a penalty fee and penalties in case of delay. The automatic reminder to the user about approach of repayment periods will allow to avoid a payment delay and penalties, and will also help to save credit history of the subject (municipal entity) of the Russian Federation positive.

2014: Description of a complex of BUDGET SMART

For April, 2014 a complex - a multi-user system, has the flexible system of settings to individual requirements of the organizations, can work far off on the Internet / intranet-kanalam communications. The software package of BUDGET SMART provides the client application for the user.

The software package of BUDGET SMART provides an opportunity for work in the mode of lack of communication with financial body and is constructed on three-level architecture (the client application – the application server – the database server) based on an object core of the applied software package "Budget-CS" operated in territorial and municipal financial bodies. Inherits a powerful help system and convenient administration system, has full compatibility on formats of transmitted data.

Within basic two versions of product PC are implemented: BUDGET SMART is Standard and Missile defense.

"The BUDGET SMART the Standard" contains the main functionality on budget implementation.

BUDGET SMART PRO except the main set of the functional modes includes a number of additional opportunities.
