The Intalev group completed creation of a system of strategic management in the White Parus group working in the field of wholesale sales and direct distribution of goods for the house. The project was executed using a specialized program and methodical complex "by Intalev: Navigator".
Development of strategy of further development of the company and its formalization in the form of the balanced scorecard was a project objective. Accomplishment of these tasks, according to the company contractor, was complicated by absence at the owner of business of clear idea of ways of further development of the company, a lack of real powers at heads of divisions, absence of marketing service, and, as a result, the shortage of analytical information. Besides, the system of management accounting at the time of the beginning of the project was automated only partially, databases were separate, and operational information – not always complete, accurate, correct and timely.
During the project the three years' strategy aiming to create a stable sales channel was developed and at the expense of it to expand representation and popularity of exclusive trademarks. These strategic objectives were supported by the developed balanced scorecard which found reflection in an information system in the form of the configured panels of indicators of key indicators. All project works kept within 41 working days.
Within further development of the project development of strategy on longer time horizon in 10-15 years is supposed.
