On June 3, 2014 the Aurus company announced implementation of "Aurus RichCall" in Telecom-Express company for providing service of Videozvonok.

Project Results

Sergey Sinyagin, the CEO of Telecom-Express company, noted: "For our company the main thing - steadily to provide high-quality and innovation services to our clients. Results of the first year confirmed the increased popularity among clients of this new channel of interaction".
Alexander Anoshin, the CEO of Aurus, emphasized: "In 2014 the subject of video and joint work in client service, at last, passes from discussions by experts into the practical plane. The commercial and state organizations carry out successful pilot operation, and we should develop actively a product for support of specific processes of client service. Also technologies which will help us to make a product simpler and convenient in use already in the near future develop".
