Earlier he held a position of the deputy CEO, director of a business unit "Development of contact centers". Vitchinka Dmitry heading Telecom Express till November, 2011 is appointed the chief adviser and was a part of Board of Directors of the company. In parallel he headed one of projects in the field of e-commerce.
As reported, for the next several years before Telecom Express there is a new task: achieve that the structure of revenue of the company was 60/40. 60% of income should arrive from the key client, and 40% — from other customers.
