Milkom-Invest (1C-Rarus: Back office)

On June 18, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company created a new information system based on programs "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities", "1C-Rarus: Depositary" and "1C-Rarus: A back office" in Milkom-Invest.

Project Tasks

The complex approach to automation considering specifics of activity, allowing to optimize tasks of employees on all sections of works and to reduce number of labor-consuming transactions was required for Milkom-Invest company.

After the appeal to 1C-Rarus, the Milkom-Invest company selected three solutions for automation: "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities", "1C-Rarus: Depositary" and "1C-Rarus: Back office".

Project Results

Data exchange between solutions increased the speed of preparation of documents, provided effective interaction of employees and optimized their work. Unloading of data from "1C-Rarus: A back office" in "1C-Rarus: Accounting of securities, edition 1" is followed by automatic formation of documents and postings on accounts of accounting and tax accounting.

As a result of the performed works "The financial agency "Milkom-Invest" qualitatively organized accomplishment of the current tasks, simplified process of preparation of accounting, tax and internal accounting, received the reliable instrument of formation of the obligatory, analytical reporting and reliable base for the choice of strategy of business.
