"The Volga region academy of physical culture" implements a monitoring system of own activity

On June 18, 2014 the IBS group announced project completion of implementation in the Volga region Academy of physical culture, sport and tourism (PGAFKSIT) of a monitoring system of activity Inforektor.

Project Tasks

For increase in effectiveness of own activity the Academy made the decision on monitoring system implementation.

As a system the solution developed by the company IBS Inforektor on the platform is selected KPI Monitor.

Project Progress

System implementation took 3 months. The project is implemented at close interaction of specialists of IBS and employees PGAFKSIT.

Almaz Galimov, the vice rector for study PGAFKSIT, noted: "We actively improve all management system for Academy. Inforektor for us it not only an information and analytical system which delivers useful data for acceptance of management decisions. Already now we see how all management system for Academy changes. Heads of divisions, non-management employees begin to understand the contribution to development of university. We hope that in the near future on the basis of the collected data on indicators it will be possible to construct support system of effective contact".

Project Results

Denis Shayakhmetov, the project manager of implementation of IBS group, told: "At the moment the Academy managed to take an important step: independent process of collection of data on indicators is started. So far collecting is conducted only on indicators of the program of development. However on start of the project vice rectors asked to include in the list of the collected indicators and indicators for monitoring of activity of the separate structural divisions which are not covered by the program of development. Expansion of the list of the collected indicators – an important task which should be solved now. Practice shows that dissemination of culture of management on indicators demands from university of several years of hard work. We will be glad to help Academy with it".
