Management of Gazprom is equipped with an automated workplace of the head for work in EDMS

On June 20, 2014 the Digital Design company announced readiness of the draft annex "A workplace of the head" for the Office-work Automation System (OWAS) implemented by IBS company in JSC Gazprom.

Project Tasks

Access to up-to-date corporate information from any geographical point of the Russian Federation is necessary at any time for top management of the customer for effective work. For this purpose the customer needed the special application allowing heads of JSC Gazprom to participate far off in electronic document management. In addition to other requirements, the application should have simplified, the intuitive interface.

As the developer of the application invited Digital Design company.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of Digital Design developed architecture and the interface of the solution.

"The feature of the project consisted in automation of unique process of approval and delivery of correspondence for the top officials of JSC Gazprom according to internal regulations of the company — Andrey Kalinin, the manager of projects of the Center of mobile solutions of Digital Design company told. — The project was performed in several stages: we carried out prototyping of the solution and its approval of the functional customer, then application programming is executed. Also specialists of Digital Design performed technical support of the solution at a stage of its trial operation".

Project Results

For June 20, 2014 the Workplace of the Head application is installed on 40 tablet and desktop computers.
