"Leovit" maintains activity of "field" employees by technologies

On July 9, 2014 it became known of the project of group CDC on system implementation of automation of mobile trade of OPTIMUM of ASUMT (modules "Merchandising" and "GIS Monitoring") in Leoton Trading company.

Project Results

Leoton Trading makes a specialized treatment-and-prophylactic power supply (soups, kissels, tea, garnishes, coffee). Products are sold through the whole country by medical (trade) representatives who use the solutions OPTIMUM on tablets running Android OS now. They collect data on representation of goods and other marketing information in outlets and transfer it to head office on the mobile Internet.

Project Results

The company management had an opportunity of full control of medical representatives using the systems of satellite navigation GLONASS/GPS and operational obtaining reports for work of "field" personnel.

As a result of implementation data processing rate, received from medical representatives (instead of five days less than one day leave) increased. Information gets in electronic form to head office at once that not only simplifies document flow, but also does receiving and data analysis by more operational. The quality of the obtained information increased, it became more reliable: medical representatives cannot overestimate real indicators for receiving own awards according to the results of "work" any more.
