Alfa-Bank (Russia) (GIS Optimum)

On July 14, 2015 it became known of implementation in Alfa-Bank of the solution for planning of routes and monitoring of crews of collection - the OPTIMUM of GIS of group CDC.

Project Progress

In 2011, in connection with growth of number of the clients using collection services, Alfa-Bank held a competition on implementing solutions for planning of routes and monitoring of crews of collection which won against the OPTIMUM of GIS of group CDC.

Project Results

The system implemented in Alfa-Bank is created on the basis of a single software platform and consists of routing modules (OPTIMUM of the GIS Delivery) of both tracking movement and control of technical parameters of cars (OPTIMUM of the GIS Monitoring).

About 200 crews for which routes form automatically on the basis of data on the working schedule and requests for collection are involved in the project. All armored cars are equipped with trackers - receivers of the satellite systems of navigation GPS and GLONASS with modules of cellular communication. The tracker transfers to GIS OPTIMUM coordinates of the car, data on fuel consumption, a run and other parameters received from the CAN bus. A system traces deviations from a route, clicking of the disturbing button and other emergency situations.

Specialists of CDC Group integrated OPTIMUM GIS with a corporate information system of Alfa-Bank — the Hardware and software system of the Cash Center (a HSS of CC). With implementation of OPTIMUM GIS bank lowered transportation costs, increased labor productivity of managers and efficiency of crews, the press service of the organization reported.
