Moscow transcar (SAP ERP)

The Microtest company (file) started implementation of the complex project on SAP ERP system implementation in SUE MO Mostransavto, the largest transport enterprise of the central region of Russia.

Mostransavto performs passenger traffic in the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region and also interregional tourist and excursion transportations. The route network of the enterprise integrates 1224 routes with a total length of 33.8 thousand km. The daily passenger traffic makes about 2.3 million passengers.

The implementation project of a system of operational management is initiated by top management of Mostransavto. Its purpose is ensuring transparency of information on activity of branches, increase in efficiency of obtaining information and elimination of inconsistency and incomparability of reporting these different divisions, improvement of quality of the consolidated information, expense reduction on information support of management.

Functional framework of the project covers registration of personnel and payroll, accounting of the rolling stock, planning of transport work, processing of traveling documentation, management of repairs of motor transport, material management (including fuel and spare parts), accounting, tax and management accounting. Thus, all modules of the ERP system will be consistently implemented. Dates of termination of the project are not disclosed yet.

Now in the company budgeting system implementation based on technologies of SAP is already conducted, besides a number of projects on creation of the specialized transport systems, including for accounting of transport work based on satellite navigation Cascade of Navigation, control of payment of Drive Cascade and also Orpak fuel accounting is in parallel implemented. All these systems I will are integrated among themselves using the SAP NetWeaver platform.

According to Anatoly Postolit, the head of department of informatization SUE MO Mostransavto, creation of the complete solution on a single platform will allow the company "solve a number of the labor-consuming problems affecting effective management of business", including "will lower labor and material costs for work with uniform help arrays, will ensure functioning of all branches with the unified software tools, will allow to obtain the consolidated and comparable information on activity of separate branches and the enterprise in general".
